• Exchanges: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Replacements: For defective items, please provide clear photos and a description of the fault.
• Process: Contact our customer service team via aceno@ittas.co.za to initiate a return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
• Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective items.
• Processing Time: Exchanges/replacements will be processed within 3-14 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Limitations: Returns/replacements are subject to stock availability.
